Shipping:
Once we have received your order we will begin to process your image and message (if desired) and create your crystal within 48 hours.
Our couriers (MY-HERMES) collect every Wednesday and Friday at 12:00pm GMT and if requested you will be able to track your crystal once it has been dispatched, via your own unique delivery code.
Please allow 5 - 10 working days to receive your order and if you encounter any issues please Email our admin team, where we can assist you further.
Returns:
Due to the personalised nature of our products we do not accept returns/Exchanges or refunds.
In the event that a Crystal arrives damaged or broken, please send us photographs of the Crystal, along with your order number to our admin team within 5 working days of its arrival. We will then provide you a replacement.
Packaging:
All of our products are shipped in protective decorative boxes which are lined with polystyrene and each box is then individually bubble wrapped and bagged before shipping.
